The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops sent letters to all 535 members of Congress in regards to the birth control mandate. Judge Blocks Missouri Law that Excludes Birth Control Coverage

A federal judge has blocked a law in Missouri that would require insurance companies to exclude coverage for birth control for moral objectors. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has proposed a new idea. They say oral contraceptives should be made available over-the-counter without the need for a prescription. Protest in Chicago Over Birth Control Mandate

The battle over birth control coverage continues. Over 500 people attended a protest in Chicago about the federal requirement that employer sponsored health plans must cover birth control.
